Fairy Wren Weather Vane depicts Fairy Wrens who are also called Splendid Wrens. In Western Australia they are known as Blue Wrens.

They are a passerine bird of the Maluridae family. Their habitat is from central-western New South Wales and south western Queensland and along the coast of Western Australia.

They inhabit predominantly arid and semi-arid regions.

The arrow and figure rotate silently on a ball bearing over a solid stainless Steel Shaft.

Installation of Fairy Wren Weather

Stainless Steel mounting plate is available to attach the weathervane the ridge line of a metal roof or garden post. Alternatively there is aStainless Steel gable bracket available (see Fixing Brackets). If you would like to order a fixing bracket to suit this product, please select from the product options above. Fixing brackets ordered with an Aussie Weathervane will not incur any additional delivery charges.

Which one ?

The Stainless Steel Gable Bracket  is used for attaching the weathervane to the face of the Gable.  These brackets are ideal for Tile and Metal Roofs.

The Stainless Steel Mounting Plate (supplied flat with laser cut slots that allow the plate to be bent to the exact pitch of the roof).

Used on the roof ridge of metal roofs and for flat surfaces and mounting on posts.

Having the suitable bracket makes sure installation is easy and effective.
