Sun Dials
One of the oldest devices used to measure time. They use the rotation and movement of the sun to form shadows as the sun moves from east to west.
In modern times these devices are more ornamental than functional. The three groups of Sun Dials which Glenview Products promote are : 1. The Horizontal. 2. The Armillary. 3. The Equatorial. They are a wonderful conversational piece and the Larger Armillary and Equatorials are used to make a statement. They certainly do when positioned correctly.
